Birmingham Area Station Changes Hands

BAR Broadcasting, Inc. of Taylor, Michigan and Red Mountain Ventures, LLC of Birmingham, Alabama have reached a debt cancellation agreement. It involves the transfer of the license for Radio Station WZGX, 1450 AM in Bessemer, Alabama from Red Mountain to BAR.
